Summary

These general terms govern the provision of real-estate, advisory, marketing, administrative and related services by Nova Tenerife a.s., registered office Veverkova 2707/1, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, ID No. 27585808, registered with the Regional Court in Plzeň, file no. B 1350.

The company specialises in real estate in Spain, primarily on the island of Tenerife, and supports clients with finding, purchasing, selling, leasing, managing and otherwise using property.

They form part of any contractual relationship between the company and the client where a contract, order, offer or other agreement refers to them, or where the client has demonstrably been made aware of them. Diverging contractual arrangements take precedence over these terms.
