Aires de Abama is the newest and most ambitious residential project yet in the prestigious Abama Resort in Guía de Isora. The collection of luxury apartments and villas is designed by the award-winning Portuguese studio Aires Mateus, with interiors by Alejandro Escudero built around natural materials, light and a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape. Owners can use their residence for up to six consecutive months a year and, when they are away, place it in the rental programme managed by Abama Hotels.

Architecture and standards
The project was designed by Portuguese studio Aires Mateus, known for simple geometric lines, light, inner patios and a natural connection between interior and landscape. Large-format glazing links living areas with terraces and gardens. The interior concept by Alejandro Escudero draws on the colours of Tenerife, its volcanic landscape and native vegetation. The first phase comprises 46 residences (18 apartments and 28 villas), with completion planned for 2028.
Residences are delivered fully equipped for personal use and hotel operation: a fully fitted kitchen with premium appliances and a central island, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and, in selected layouts, a planted inner patio. Parking, storage and, for selected units, a quality furniture package are included in the price.
Abama has long been one of the most prestigious residential addresses in Tenerife. Aires de Abama builds on this with striking architecture, a limited number of residences and the facilities of an established five-star resort.
Owners can use their residence for up to six consecutive months a year, making the project attractive to clients who want to spend a longer part of the year in Tenerife rather than seeking a purely passive investment.
Bookings, guest care, operations and property management are handled by the resort's in-house team. Owners don't need their own VV licence, Booking.com, Airbnb or day-to-day rental management.

Arum Group
Arum Group is behind the long-term development of Abama Resort. The group has delivered several residential phases in the area and is building a complete luxury resort concept — it is also behind Los Jardines de Abama. At Aires de Abama, rentals and property management are handled by the resort's in-house team through the Abama Hotels programme.

Aires de Abama is set within Abama Resort in Guía de Isora, in the south-west of Tenerife. The resort covers around 160 hectares and its elevated position offers views of the Atlantic and La Gomera. It is far enough from the main tourist centres to offer peace and privacy, yet easily reached from Costa Adeje and Tenerife South Airport. The project sits right next to Plaza Abama, so restaurants, shops and selected resort services are within walking distance.
